Crystal Coast Realty & Home Services, LLC began in 2006 as a full service real estate company selling homes on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. We pride ourselves on being family owned.  Property Management has always been part of our portfolio. We have managed long term rentals for our clients since the beginning.  We have recently added short term rental management to our portfolio.  We have partnered with Buildium (Property Management software) and Hostaway (Short Term Rental hosting platform) to expand our business and to help provide quick and easy access to both our property owners, guests, and tenants.  We are both Super Hosts (airBNB) and Premier Hosts (VRBO) providing more exposure to vacation guests for our property owners. 

Our mission is to provide the best experiences for our vacation guests ~ self check-in's; professionally cleaned units; and all the amenities of home ~ allowing them to enjoy the Coastal Life.

Our mission for our property owners is to take the stress of the daily management of their investment properties off of them ~ allowing them to live the Coastal Life.
