our stay was amazing. very nice and clean house in a nice quiet community. all amenities included. minutes from the grocery store, restaurants, and my mother's house. the cost by comparison with what you get was fantastic. I would like to stay here again and will definitely be working with Christine again. thank you again for everything and being quick to respond to any questions I've asked

Excellent home with an excellent host. Very spacious and very clean. The golf cart made getting to the beach super easy for the family while I worked. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful unit Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the New Bern area. This unit is perfect for a couple. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. And I am a fanatic about cleanliness! Lots of extras and pretty much everything you would want. Very quiet and peaceful setting. My fisherman husband enjoyed the fishing dock which is right down the street.The marina and entire community is very nice for walking with amenities. In fact the pool was already open. The communication from Virginia the host, also Christine, was excellent. She was always prompt and very helpful with any questions. We encountered no problems at all. In case you’re wondering, the ride info New Bern is about 20 minutes. Easy with no traffic. I would highly recommend staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Virginia

Relaxing and cozy space with lovely marina views! We stayed at this property for four nights with our two children. It was unusually cold and snowy and the fireplace heater provided such a warm and cozy space for us to enjoy. The decor is lovely; it feels personally appointed, not a run-of-the-mill VRBO rental. Having two bathrooms was extra convenient. It was also extremely clean and had everything needed for our stay; plenty of towels, pillows and blankets, and the bed in the master suite is heavenly. The large balcony overlooking the marina was a great place to sit and have coffee and view all the wildlife! Communication with the owner was perfect; very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
